Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Highlands Ranch

I booked a room at this hotel through a third party vendor for my friends wedding back in July. I arrived in Denver this past morning at 1am and called to confirm. There was not only no record of my booking but no record of the bride & groom reserving rooms for their guests. Fortunately Amanda resolved my situation immediately and I’m grateful for her hospitality. She had rooms available and booked me on short notice with a generous rate at 2am this past morning. She was calm, courteous, welcoming, emphatic, and a swift problem solver. I highly recommend her to any guest. Thank you again, you’re a life saver.

Clean, spacious rooms with all the amenities I needed. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. They helped me with a booking issue even though I booked through a third party. The location is within easy driving distance of so many restaurants and retail areas, but you definitely need a car!

Very helpful, stayed here while I had an abdominal surgery and they allowed my husband to use a wheelchair on site to take me around because it was too hard to walk at first. I was able to go outside and have a more enjoyable recovery because of this

Madeline and Daniel were super accommodating during my stay. I had clients I was supposed to meet in the mountains, but unfortunately, due to a pretty severe windstorm, they were out of power and running water. I was able to reserve a meeting room very short notice and have my clients come to the hotel. Daniel and Madeline were not only helpful, but they genuinely cared about me and my business clients. Because of them, my clients and I had a wonderful meeting. Because of them, I will be returning to this hotel for all my visits in the area! Thank you!

Breakfast wasn't free but it was still pretty good. we also got dinner there twice during our stay, the steak was a weird texture but had a good flavor. The rooms were very clean and the front desk people were very nice and greeted me every time i passed by. Elevators were slow, location wasn't that great you can't walk anywhere as there's only a school and some houses around the area but it did seem very safe. I also must mention that the halls were super quiet at night and i slept very well.

Overall this hotel was a good choice. The rooms were clean and ready when expected. Front desk service was great. Service during the night from the bar was a bit slow and.not very enthusiastic.

Above and beyond service! We came into town last week for the birth of our first granddaughter. Upon arrival, we were able to check in early and the lady at the front desk(I cannot remember her name) was amazing, she made sure we had a nice quiet room. The hotel is clean and in a great location close to the Littleton hospital/shops and restaurants. Because a storm system was moving into the mountain corridor, we had to check out earlier than planned and upon our checkout, the lady at the front desk gave us both a gift back filled with water and snacks and wished us a safe drive back home. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.Thank you so much!!

Checked in late at night for a work trip, friendly staff at the desk, they upgraded me to top floor for free. Clean room, very fair price, great overall experience.
